Telangana Land Survey Numbers helps users view available survey numbers and cadastral boundaries near their current or searched location. The app uses the device's location to centre an online map. Users can zoom and move around the map to view survey-number information displayed for an area.

The information shown by the app is not a certified land record, ownership record, title document, registration document, official survey, or legal boundary determination. Users must verify important information with the appropriate Kerala survey or revenue authority before making property, registration, financial, construction, boundary, or legal decisions.
The app accesses approximate and precise location while it is in use to determine the user's current GPS position, centre the online map, display the current-location marker, show survey numbers available at or near that location, and resolve location details.
Users may deny or revoke location permission through Android Settings. Without location permission, automatic current-location identification may not work. Users may still search for another location where that feature is available.
To centre the online map, the selected or current latitude and longitude are included in an HTTPS request to the Bhuvan viewer and are processed by Bhuvan. A searched place name may be processed by the device's Android geocoding service to resolve its coordinates. The developer does not intentionally receive or maintain a server-side history of users' locations.
GPS accuracy, internet connectivity, map scale, Bhuvan availability, and proximity to parcel boundaries may affect the displayed result.
Telangana Land Survey Numbers is a privately developed, independent reference application. The app does not represent any government or political entity and is not an official government application.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by the Government of India, the Government of Kerala, Bhuvan, or any survey, revenue, registration, local-government, or other government department or agency.
The app cannot issue official records, accept official applications, provide certified survey results, or complete government transactions.
The app displays map layers, cadastral boundaries, labels, and survey-number information available through the official Bhuvan map viewer.
The app opens the Bhuvan viewer. The developer does not claim ownership of, certify, or independently publish the information displayed by Bhuvan.
The app may display Google AdMob advertisements. Google AdMob may process the Advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, approximate location inferred from IP, advertisement interactions, diagnostics, fraud-prevention information, and advertising-consent choices.
The precise GPS location requested for the map is not intentionally supplied by the developer to AdMob for advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy.
During initial advertisement loading or when AdMob is unavailable, a developer-hosted image may be displayed. The developer does not collect personal information. Advertisements and developer-hosted images do not constitute the developer's endorsement of advertised products, applications, or services.
Location information is used to provide the map and current-location features requested by the user. Information processed through Google AdMob may be used to display and measure advertisements, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose technical problems, and maintain advertising services.
Information may be processed by Bhuvan when the online map loads, Android geocoding services when a location is searched or resolved, Google when advertising services are used, or authorities when disclosure is legally required. The developer does not sell users' precise GPS locations or personal information.
The app does not provide user accounts. The developer does not intentionally store users' location history or personal information on a developer-controlled server.
Local preferences, cache, and WebView data may remain until Android clears the data, the user clears the app's data or cache, or the user uninstalls the app. Google, Bhuvan, and other third-party services apply their own retention and deletion practices. Users can remove locally stored app data through Android Settings or by uninstalling the app.
The app uses HTTPS connections for Bhuvan, Google, and developer-hosted web requests and relies on Android permission controls. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or electronic-storage method is completely secure.
GPS readings, map layers, cadastral boundaries, and displayed survey numbers may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, temporarily unavailable, or different from official records.
The app and displayed information are not proof of ownership, a title or registration document, a certified cadastral survey, an authenticated government record, a legal boundary determination, or evidence for legal proceedings. Users must verify important information with the appropriate official Kerala authority.
The app requires internet access and depends on device GPS, Android services, Bhuvan, Google AdMob, and other connected services. Continuous availability, accuracy, and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
The app is a general reference utility and is not specifically directed to children. The developer does not knowingly ask children to create accounts or directly submit personal information.
Users agree to use the app only for lawful reference purposes, independently verify displayed information, not represent it as a certified government record, not use the app as a replacement for an official survey or legal document, and not misuse or interfere with the app or connected services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for incorrect or unavailable survey numbers, GPS or map-positioning errors, boundary or ownership disputes, differences from official records, decisions resulting from displayed information, or interruptions affecting third-party services.
This combined Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions may be updated when the app's functionality, advertising, applicable laws, or connected services change. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
